New Garage & Maintenance Workshop

During the 1960’s the Dowty Group was expanding fast and new factory space and was required to accommodate the service departments maintaining the plant and equipment.

The photographs below show the building works that were necessary at Arle Court to create a new Garage and Maintenance Workshop.

The old First Aid Block was also demolished in January 1963
