The thirty year presentation at the race course is not Dowty Seals. The signage shows that this should really be associated with Rotol. Third from the left is Dragan Andjelkovic (draughtsman).
Sorry, only just saw your comment. Although I recognise many, at this length of time I can only remember a few names. Fourth from left at the back is Chris Morgan, at the back and to the right of the bush is Darren Waite. At the far right is Paul Smith.

The first photo, the 20 year presentation at Tewkesbury Park Hotel in 2003 includes employees from other group companies as well as seals. I recognise several who I remember from Staverton.

I won the national Miss Beautiful Eyes 1978 , it was Dowty’s first time entering this eye safety competition to promote eye safety in the work place. I do have some photos taken at Dowty Seals.
