  • I worked on the Servo (Moog) Valves at Arle Court site having been the first Rotol & British Messier apprentice to be transferred to a Dowty site. Later I transferred into the Servo Development Dept which was on the ground floor of the main block on the left as you entered from the car park area. In this dept we worked on many electro-hydraulic Flying Controls based on the Moog valves. Interesting times.
